Morena Baccarin is headed to court on Thursday as part of her divorce case from her estranged husband Austin Chick, and she plans to drop quite the baby bomb while she's there!
Not only is the Homeland actress going to reveal to the judge that she's PREGNANT, but it turns out the baby's father is her Gotham co-star and current beau, Ben McKenzie!

Seeing as Morena's former flame is filing for physical custody of their one-year-old son Julius, we were a little confused at first as to how this could possibly help the brunette beauty's case.
But, according to the legal docs, she's asking for custody of her baby boy, since she lives in NYC and her ex is in LA — and the little bun in her oven will one day prevent her from flying.
